Profile and preferences¶
Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, then select Profile & preferences. The page collects settings that apply to your account rather than to every user in the workspace.
Update your personal details¶
In Personal details, you can update your profile image, name, phone, mobile number, language, and time zone. Your sign-in email is shown for reference but cannot be changed here. Choose Save changes after editing.
Use your real time zone. Calendar times, activity times, and other dated work can otherwise appear at the wrong local hour.
Choose how Yukon looks¶
In Appearance, choose Theme, Color mode, Sidebar, and Text size. Choose Customize sidebar to reorder available destinations and section dividers. These choices affect your account only and do not change another user's workspace.
Connect email and calendar¶
In Email & calendar, the available connection types depend on your workspace. Before connecting, ask an administrator to confirm that the provider is enabled. An IMAP/SMTP connection also requires the incoming and outgoing server settings and a password or app password from the mailbox provider. You may be able to:
- choose Connect Microsoft 365 and authorize mail and calendar access;
- choose Connect another Microsoft account for an additional account;
- choose Add IMAP/SMTP for a personal mailbox supported by those protocols;
- choose Make default for the mailbox Yukon should send from by default;
- choose Use for calendar for an authorized Microsoft 365 account;
- reconnect or disconnect an account that needs attention.
Disconnecting stops Yukon from using that account. It does not delete the mailbox itself. When several accounts are connected, confirm which mailbox should be your default sender and which Microsoft account should be used for calendar. An administrator separately manages access and send-as permission for shared mailboxes.
Change your password¶
Choose Change password in Personal details, enter your current and new passwords, and confirm the change. Keep Log out of all sessions selected if you are responding to a lost device or any concern that another session may be open.
Review workspace access¶
Workspace access shows your Yukon access level and roles. It is read-only; an administrator must change roles or organization-wide permissions.
Changes to access, roles, or organization-wide defaults belong in Administration and require the corresponding permission.
Protect connected accounts
Do not share connection links, authorization codes, or screenshots that reveal account details. If a connection belongs to a shared mailbox or service account, follow your organization's ownership and offboarding process.
When a mailbox is connected, continue with My Inbox and email.
