Activities and calendar¶
Activities turn relationship context into scheduled work. Yukon supports To-Do, Call, and Meeting activities.
Plan the work¶
When creating an activity:
- Choose its type and owner.
- Link the relevant record when the work belongs to a lead, contact, organization, or opportunity.
- Choose a date and time, or leave an undated To-Do in Anytime.
- Add the detail another team member would need to complete it.
- Save.
Use My activities for your own queue and Everyone when your permissions allow a wider team view. Switch among Open, Completed, and All as needed. To-do activities can also carry a checklist.
Complete and continue¶
Open an activity to add notes or mark it complete. When the next step is already known, create the follow-up during completion. Yukon records the completion and the new follow-up together so the handoff is not lost between actions.
Use the calendar¶
The Calendar offers day, week, and month views. From it you can create an activity, open one, complete it, reschedule it, or add a follow-up. The ownership scope determines whose scheduled work is visible.
Tip
Use a specific time for commitments and meetings. Keep undated To-Dos in Anytime so a guessed time does not look like a promise.
