Support

Use the signed-in Yukon support flow when a problem needs investigation. Stay on the affected page and choose Support at the bottom of Yukon. The request automatically carries your current workspace, account, and Yukon page so the support team starts with the right context.

Submit a useful request

  1. Stay on the page where the problem occurred and choose Support.
  2. Enter a short, specific Subject.
  3. Choose Technical issue, How-to question, Billing, Feature request, or Other.
  4. Choose Normal, High, or Urgent based on the impact.
  5. In Description, state what you expected, what happened, and the last action you completed.
  6. Include the affected record type and time of the event when relevant, then choose Submit request.

You can also open Help center → Contact support, although the attached page context will then be the Help center rather than the page where the issue occurred.

Before submitting, search your internal Help center and this documentation. Include concise reproduction steps if the behavior is repeatable.

Never include passwords, access tokens, API keys, recovery codes, private keys, or unnecessary customer data. Support will request sensitive evidence through an approved secure channel if it is genuinely needed.

If you cannot sign in, use the support channel supplied by your organization's Yukon administrator.
